Return & Refund Policy – Digital Thinking
At Digital Thinking, we strive to offer the best digital marketing education and ensure our students are satisfied with the quality of our courses and services. However, if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below:
1. Course Enrollment & Fee Payment
Once you enroll in any of our digital marketing courses (online or offline), your seat is reserved and resources are allocated. Therefore, we encourage all students to thoroughly review course details and speak with our counselors before enrolling.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a student accidentally makes a double payment for the same course, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
- Course Cancellation by Digital Thinking: If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., minimum enrollment not met), a full refund will be issued.
- Technical Issues (Online Courses Only): If you are unable to access our course due to technical problems from our end that remain unresolved within 5 business days, you may request a refund.
- Withdrawal Before Course Start Date: If you wish to cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course begins, you are eligible for a partial refund (up to 70% of the course fee). No refund will be provided if cancellation is made within 7 days of the course start.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be issued once:
- You have started attending classes (online/offline).
- Course material has been accessed or downloaded.
- You fail to attend the sessions without prior notice.
- You claim dissatisfaction after completing a major portion of the course.
4. Refund Process

- Your full name
- Course name
- Reason for refund
- Payment receipt or transaction details
Once your request is received and verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
